Existential action search with the teachers of Projeto Hoje from SEE/GO. The analysis of the results shows 5 groups for discussion: identity of the hospital classes teachers; action-reflection-action; pedagogical act; pedagogical listening and transference/ contratransference. The discourse of the teachers was red about Balint theory.
