The general argument begins of Mainwaring and Torcal (2005). According to these authors, “the systems supporting of less developed countries are less institutionalized”. In this way, we refuted the two authors' arguments above mentioned and demonstrate that the country in study although it places in less developed countries category its political system is well institutionalized.
