This way, in an analytical and abstract way, this article aims to analyze urban analyzes in Paraíso do Tocantins -a small city located 63 km from the state capital, Palmas, which, in the last decade, has shown intense production of urban lots and complexification occupational dynamics -through the indicators of income distribution of the last IBGE census (2010) distributedby the census sectors of the city, the price of the land and the quality of the buildings, these allowed by the Territorial Register and the Update of the Generic Plan of Values ( PGV) of the city in 2018, which identified, in addition to the price of urban land in the city, as qualitative characteristics of the occupations, enabling essential and unique conditions without deviating from the city's urban inequalities.
