A bibliographic survey was used on audiovisual documents, especially in the media. The research was a case study and descriptive research, an interview script was elaborated that was carried out with the librarian responsible for the services of the documentation center in order to know the human resources, services, technical processing, preservation of the collection and users and the operation thereof. There was a large volume of documents and information to be dealt with and many of them already using modern technologies.
