Disponivel em: < http://www.revistas.ufg.br/iptsp/article/view/23168/13651>.1980 - 8172http://repositorio.bc.ufg.br/handle/ri/11378The será from 24 paticnts with South American blastomycosis have becn studied. 2 to 12 samples of the same scrum were tested by immunodiffusion in 2% agar and by immunoclcctrophorcsis on cellulose acetate and on 1% agarose against an antigen cxtracíed from the yeastlike organisms in concentrations varying from 50 to 200 mg/ ml. l to 3 bands of precipitation were observed by double immunodiffusion and l to 4 precipitant ares appeared near the cathode in immunoelectrophoresis. Neither cross-reaction wiih other mycoses nor false positive reactions were observed.porAcesso AbertoArtigo
