We also refer to the formation of the Cafundó and some bodies responsible for public policies in the quilombo and the conflicts of actions in the development of titles. We conclude with the agrarian structure and the dynamics of the territorial dispute in Quilombo Cafundó, which is currently divided by four areas that are within the recognition and demarcation of the quilombo territory.Este estudio tiene como objetivo contextualizar la lucha por la tierra, tomando como referencia la estructura agraria y la dinámica de la disputa territorial en Quilombo Cafundó, ubicado en el Estado de São Paulo, Brasil. También nos referimos a la formación del Cafundó y algunos organismos responsables de las políticas públicas en el quilombo y los conflictos de acciones en el desarrollo de títulos.
