The unplanned development of cities, which often encroach upon environmentally protected areas without adequate planning, contributes to the degradation of watercourses in urban contexts. This Final Graduation Project aimed to develop proposals that would enhance natural resources and rethink public spaces in the area surrounding the springs of five streams located in the municipality of Goiânia (GO), as a way to acknowledge the vulnerabilities associated with the intense anthropogenic interference in urban spaces. Through the use of geoprocessing tools, photographs, and interview questionnaires, it was possible to identify both the problems and potentialities of the selected area. Based on a synthesis of the region’s improvement needs, along with the development of case studies, a Master Plan was created, including the proposal of a green corridor and the creation of a new linear urban park.
