The present study aims to elucidate the perspective of before and after, through the perspectives of the residents -lived reports -. In this perspective, methodological precepts based on literature review were used, expanding the discussion of the problem in question, and qualitatively using interviews and semi-structured conversations to better understand the reality of those involved.
