Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Museologia) – Faculdade de Ciências Sociais, Universidade Federal de Goiás, Goiânia, 2025.https://repositorio.bc.ufg.br//handle/ri/29687This undergraduate thesis focuses on the theme of “Women's billiards: Women in billiards and the musealization of their spaces”. The research aims to analyze the presence and trajectory of women in the world of billiards, a field historically associated with gender inequality and prejudice, seeking to understand the factors that have contributed to their social and cultural invisibility. From a museological and social perspective, the study proposes reflections on how museology can act as an instrument for valuing these trajectories, recognizing women's billiards as cultural heritage and a space of social memory. It is based on theoretical frameworks of social museology and the concept of the museal fact, understanding that the game of billiards, as a social practice, also produces meanings and identities. The work highlights the importance of creating cultural and museological spaces that contemplate gender diversity and promote inclusive narratives, contributing to the recognition of women in billiards and their spaces of action, practices, and cultural knowledge. Finally, it points out that the musealization of women's billiards not only preserves feminine memories in the sport but also opens pathways for new forms of representation and visibility within and outside the sporting field.porAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Sinuca femininaMuseologia socialMemória socialIdentidadeWomen's billiardsSocial museologySocial memoryIdentitySinuca feminina: mulheres na sinuca e a musealização de seus espaçosWomen's billiards: women in billiards and the musealization of their spacesTrabalho de conclusão de curso de graduação (TCCG)
