In the 1990s, acknowledged the potential of chromium in nutrition of cattle and pigs. In the last five years, scientific studies have shown the importance of Cr to animals when there are emotional stress, physical and metabolic result of the intensification of production practices, which provides a greater susceptibility to diseases and metabolic disorders.
