The methodology used the data from somesites, reading reports and dissertations about the theme and conducting interviews in the procedure of action research, beyond to reflecting on the integration of tourism and its political, economic and social impacts even in the kalunga perception, it was considered important to reflect the tourism in the Kalunga to the light of ethno-development. The presented results are derived from analysis made in Engenho II community.
