The results highlightthe demand for technological competencies, such as Data Science (mentioned in 80% of the job postings), strategic skills, English proficiency (64% of the postings), and prior experience in multinational corporations or Big Fours. These requirements reflect startups' efforts to reduce informational asymmetries and attract professionals prepared for global and innovative contexts. This research contributes by detailing these demands and suggesting curriculum adjustments to better align the training of professionals with market needs.porAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ContabilidadeStartupsInovaçãoPerfil profissionalAccountingStartupsInnovationProfessional profileContadores do amanhã: o perfil do profissional contábil exigido pelas Startups no BrasilAccountants of tomorrow: the profile of the accounting professionals required by Startups in BrazilArtigo10.15628/rbept.2025.14527
