Democracy and citizenship are studied to better understand these concepts and is also made a debate about the legitimacy of rights for people who need identity. The discussion is expanded when we understand the identities that are theoretically analyzed as sociocultural constructions that are responsible for the definition of a person. These people with identities demand for recognition of differences and redistributive policies. The identities establish the belongings that show social markers. These social markers can be analyzed, and can also include people in society, in politics and in the world of rights.
