While many of these tales are widely known and celebrated, others —no matter how fascinating— remain hidden from much of today’s population. This TCC aims not only to create a new interpretation of the Goiás legend Teresa Bicuda but also to develop an illustrated children’s and young adult book based on this narrative. To achieve this goal, detailed research will be conducted using a product design methodology throughout the creative process. This approach seeks to ensure that the final work remains faithful to the legend’s essence while remaining accessible to young readers.
