To do so, it uses notions of school field, field of the school, habitus and teacher capital. Given the characteristics of thematic investigated, both the constitution and data analyzes were performed from the perspective of a qualitative case study bias. The results from the analysis indicate that proximity of social origins and structure of the school field favored both the beginning of the collaborative stage and the incorporation of the dispositions of the mentor teacher by the intern teacher.
