In 2008 and 2009, the index was applied at the ICT Organization and the research focus is to analyze the use of this technique through process identification, adopted measures, their impacts and implications. This is a qualitative research, in particular a case study. It used a questionnaire to collect data for verification and confirmation of the technique effectiveness.
