Thinking in this way, introducing the Internet into school must be done so that teachers and students can manage, select and organize information and turn it into knowledge. In view of these considerations, a teaching strategy on the Gaussian Law was elaborated from the E-student portal. This strategy is presented and analyzed from the conversation flow. The strategy served as an example of discussion about physical concepts without calculations, as well as students' understanding of some central concepts of the subject.
