By using Ethos Indicators of Corporate Social Responsibility as a conceptual model, and by applying this study’s own methodology to adjust the responses, this study considered that the Corporate Social Responsibility is partially implemented (PI) in the surveyed organizations. The following aspects are best deployed: environment; consumers and clients; and community. The following aspects have a low level of deployment: values, transparency and governance; workforce; and suppliers. Results indicate that corporate social performance tends to be better when the organization combines the following variables: time; self-management; and full integration of CSR with the strategic objectives.porAcesso AbertoDesempenho socialIndicadores ethos de responsabilidade social empresarialVariáveis do desempenho socialSocial performanceEthos indicators of corporate social responsibility,Social performance variablesResponsabilidade social empresarial no setor sucroenergético em GoiásCorporate social responsibility in the sugar-energy sector in the state of GoiásArtigo
