The granulomatous tissue was located on the pericardial sac. visceral and parietal pleurae resulting adherence between the lung lobes. The macros­copical aspect presented a cauliflower-like growth having a whi­tish surface with dark red stains.4,6 1. of pinkish 11quid was­found inside the thoraxical cavity.
