Prevalences and relative frequences offi. microplus (98.6% and 98.62%), 4. cajennense (8.6% and 1.25%) and A. nitens (1.4% and 0.13%) were found for cattle. Prevalences and relative frequences of .A. nitens (61.0% and 80.36%), B. microplus (51.9% and 15.70%), A. cajennense (44.0% and 3.90%) and R. sanguíneas (1.3% and 0.04%). In thc majority of properties visited, cattle and equines were mantained in the samc pasturcs, whicb determines thc high leveis of B. microplus in both hosts.
