For that, it was necessary to study Law 9,099 of 1995, in the parameters of the preparation of the TCO by the Ostensive Police, in order to allow greater speed and objectivity in its preparation and referral to the Special Criminal Courts, where misdemeanors and crimes of less offensive potential will go through hearing.
