The goal is to analyze the form of publications which promote dialog with peasants. The communicators, who have as stakeholders workers from family agriculture, make use of specific visual and textual elements to transform information into communication. It is a study of the primers produced by the Ministry of Agrarian Development, focusing the profile of rural workers and the need for an integrated communication advisory office. The small agriculturalists constitute the internal or external public of several organizations.
