Recently eliminated eggs (experíment l - action over non embríonatted eggs) and 40 day culture eggs (experíment 2 - action over embrionatted eggs) were used. In both experiments, the egg suspensions were placed in a IVM 200 vig/1 in formaldehide 1% solution for 28 days, at room temperature. An egg suspension kept in a 1% formaldehide sotution was used as the control group. The evaluation of the IVM therapeutic efficacy was carried out through the embriogenesis percentage and the infectivity test.
