In this context, this undergraduate thesis explores the role of graphic and environmental design as a proposer of innovative solutions to communication and wayfinding challenges in spatial environments. The methodological approach, based on the principles proposed by Joan Costa (1989), Chris Calori (2007), and Douglas D'Agostini (2017), integrates informational clarity and visual coherence with the identity of the spaces and the institution, enhancing the visitor experience.
