By maintaining an intrinsic relations influences and regenerates the other. In these relations are involved interactions between individuals, society trainers who are themselves bearers and transmitters of culture. These are the same individuals who integrate the organizations and that lead to their individual cultures within them impregnated of the local culture, contributing to compose the culture of organizations and to make them even more complex, as Morin (2002). Communication is inherent part of the nature of individuals and organizations.
