Revista de Ciências Agro-Ambientais, Alta Floresta, v. 13, n. 1, p. 69-75, 2015.1679-1509e- 1677-6062http://repositorio.bc.ufg.br/handle/ri/13964It was aimed to determined the net photosynthesis rate of bean plants as function of radiation intensity, soil water content in different soil type. The plants where grown in pots in a greenhouse. Photosynthetic response curves were made as a function of radiation intensity (0 to -2 1500 μmol m ). Net photosynthesis measurements were started at the R1 stage (flowering), when irrigation treatments were initiated (irrigated and non-irrigated). A completely randomized design was used, in a factorial scheme 11x2x2 (times; irrigation and non-irrigated; clay and sandy soil texture), -1 -1 with 3 replicates. The highest net photosynthesis (≈16 μmolCO 2 mol s ) was reached for a -2 radiation intensity between 900-1000 μmol m , in a water content at field capacity, independent of the soil type. Photosynthesis rate was observed to decrease with decreasing water content. It was concluded that can determine an assimilation/transpiration critical point of soil water content from net photosynthesis measurements.porAcesso AbertoDéficit hídricoPhaseolus vulgaris L.Resposta fisiológicaTeor de água no soloDemanda atmosféricaWater deficitPhysiological responsePhaseolus vulgaris L.Atmospheric demandSoil water contentResposta fotossintética do feijoeiro em função da intensidade de radiação e do teor de água no soloPhotosyntetical response of bean crop in function of radiation intensities and soil water contentArtigo
