The scope of the theme involves the development of new technologies and applications related to the digital environment, which brought many positive news, but also the problem of the dissemination of images or videos of a sensual nature, without the exposed person having expressed acquiescence to this situation. In this sense, the criminal consequences were analyzed, only temporarily, since this conviction does not change the civil panorama, in which the reparation will be independent, without any interference of the criminal result.
