The concepts of health - self-regulation and disease - armoring (REICH, 1933/1995; 1942/1975) and self-care (BATISTELA; MONTEIRO, 2014) were worked on. Various teaching strategies and body work in groups were used. The collection and analysis of the data (BARDIN, 2011) were based on the narratives written by the participants in which they recounted the experiences lived in each meeting.
