Only one sample showed a very low concentration of aflatoxins B1 and G1. The level of contaminants was inferi-or to 2.5 ppb (the standard). The process was repeated by boiling the sample at 116ºC for 30 minutes under 0.7 kgf/cm2 of pressure and then analyzed once again.
