Based on field experience carried out based on the theoretical-methodological concepts of the lived field and poetnography in the cities of Alto Paraíso de Goiás, Colinas do Sul and the quilombola community Engenho II, municipality of Cavalcante, we discuss in this article Curraleira as an Afro-Goiana, which constitutes the crossroads of the hinterland of northeastern Goiás and the strong Central African influence, with the aim of presenting the performance of Curraleira and highlighting the elements that make it up in attention to the black and country identifications of Goiás.porAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/CurraleiraFoliaViolaBatuquePerformancerevelryArtigo10.5216/ac.v10i1.77473
