Related issues to the professional profile study are treated, such as: law library and information literacy. The objectives of the research were to identify librarians’ training, their skills, competencies, activities and performance at work. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that used the survey technique. It was applied a questionnaire with fifty (50) law librarians respondents from the Judiciary and the Legislature branches and also from Justice Essential Courts.
