In this scenario, Integrative and Complementary Health Practices (ICHP), with emphasis on body practices, emerge as powerful care strategies. This qualitative and descriptive study aimed to analyze the limits and possibilities of integrative body practices in promoting workers' health at a public reference unit for integrative medicine in the State of Goiás, Brazil. The methodology was based on documentary analysis of nine supervised internship reports in Physical Education carried out between 2023 and 2024. The results show that the unit’s multiprofessional environment, along with the "Bem-viver no Trabalho" project, allowed students to experience practices such as meditation, yoga, and playful dynamics, promoting benefits such as stress reduction and enhanced body awareness.
