This article discusses the experience of producing a document/book that has connected several actors in a network of supporters, technicians and a group of Environmental and Territorial Indigenous Agents that live in the Serra da Lua region, in the State of Roraima. Through the contextualization of the collaborative research process carried out by these agents aiming at the preparation of this product, my interest is to inscribe the flow of this production to identify some epistemological aspects and socio-political effects of this movement “inside” and “outside” the participating communities. The objective, on one hand, is to reaffirm the differences between indigenous ways of knowing and the forms of representation of these knowledges.
