The present study investigates the views of players on the possibilities of interaction in the EG online and offline. Based on data collected through questionnaires, it was found that, when playing alone offline, players seek reassurance, to challenge themselves and to create and developed strategies to compete in network and, collectively, seek to share experiences and strengthen the bonds of friendship. In online games, players aim not only to interact with new players, but also the shared experience of the game with their social group.
