Based on Habermas’s theories, such as the Theory of Communicative Action and the Theory of the Public Sphere, it examines how communication influences citizen participation, the formation of public opinion, and power dynamics in contemporary democracies. It also analyzes the role of traditional and digital media in social mobilization and political engagement, highlighting how these media shape perceptions and attitudes. Additionally, it explores how communicative practices can reinforce or challenge power structures, considering inequalities in access to information.
