Initially, the historical and cultural aspects of body fighting, martial arts and sports modalities were explored, highlighting their evolution and redefinition over time. Next, the study addresses the potential of Sports Pedagogy in the systematization and application of these contents, emphasizing the pedagogical principles that favor comprehensive training for students, including technical, tactical, socio-educational and historical-cultural aspects. Through the analysis of the work "The Pedagogy of Fights: Paths and Possibilities", teaching strategies are discussed, such as the use of games, to promote an inclusive and enjoyable environment in teaching fights.
