Arquitetura modular aplicada à habitação de interesse social com uso de paredes de concreto pré-fabricado como solução técnica, sustentável e replicável. 2025. 50 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo) - Faculdade de Artes Visuais, Universidade Federal de Goiás, Goiânia, 2025.https://repositorio.bc.ufg.br//handle/ri/29983This Final Graduation Project aims to investigate architectural solutions for social housing through the application of modular and industrialized construction systems. The proposal considers construction process rationalization as a strategy to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve final building quality. The methodology includes a literature review on material selection, building performance, and prefabricated systems, as well as the development of an architectural proposal grounded in these principles. Key aspects such as flexibility of use, thermal performance, material life cycle, and economic feasibility were analyzed. The study concludes that adopting modular systems with precast components, combined with efficient architectural planning, can significantly contribute to increasing access to dignified, sustainable, and quality housing, especially in contexts of high demand and limited resources.porAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Habitação de interesse socialArquitetura modularConstrução industrializadaSustentabilidadePré-moldadosSocial housingModular architectureIndustrialized constructionSustainabilityPrecast systemsArquitetura modular aplicada à habitação de interesse social com uso de paredes de concreto pré-fabricado como solução técnica, sustentável e replicávelTrabalho de conclusão de curso de graduação (TCCG)
