The objective was to determine the chemical composition of andropogon grass (Andropogon gayanus var. bisquam.ulatus cv. Planaltina) at differentt cuning ages (40, 54 68 and 112 days) after uniformization aiming hay. A randomised blocks design was adapted with 5 replications to chemical composition of lhe hay. Average contests of crude protein, crude fiber, matter mineral, calcium and phosphorus were determined.
