We focus especially five aspects that act on the quality of education: the initial and continuous education, the salary and the career plan, the teacher training policy and the importance of the physical conditions of schools. The research involved six educational managers from various regions of the Goiania city. The methodological instruments were analysis of documents and semi-structured interviews.
