It was attended in Large Animal Surgery Department, Campus Jataí - UFG, a female equine, five years old, with nodule in perianal and peri-vulvar region, whose histopathological evaluation revealed CCE. Two days after tumor removal, the animal entered in colic, which symptomatology persisted for 20 days, been adopted clinical treatment and manual removal of feces, because the defecation was difficult by damage to the adjacent muscle and anal sphincter.
