Migração de docentes em química do nível estadual para o federal: estrutura e/ou salário?
(2018) Andrade, Polyana Sanches; Soares, Márlon Herbert Flora Barbosa; Mesquita, Nyuara Araújo da Silva
Continued training in master's and phD level is a possibility for teachers of basic education in order to improve career both in terms of theoretical deepening as in pay. From this perspective, there was a survey on the amount of chemistry teachers linked to the Education Departament of Goiás State (SEE - GO) who had access to graduate in the Chemistry Institute of UFG since the creation of the course, between 1998 to 2012. Our objective was to analyze the relationship of this teacher's continuing education with the migration / removal of this professional from the state public network, based on data provided by the graduate program in Chemistry of UFG and interviews with 16 teachers. It was possible to identify that, from 54 graduate students that were teachers of basic education of SEE-GO, only 14 remained linked to the state system after the completion of continuing education. In this context, it is evident that continuing education wasestablished as the teaching career removal element in basic education considering the current structural conditions of this career compared to the other existing professional prospects for masters and doctors in Chemistry.

Robótica educacional no nível médio de ensino: o conceito de sistema nervoso central
(2018) Garcia, Mara Cristina de Morais; Soares, Márlon Herbert Flora Barbosa
The educational robotics is a pedagogical action that uses the learning of scientific concepts by the students through interaction with a robot collaboratively. The objective is to design and develop robots reusing materials to discuss biology concepts in a playful learning environment at how the educational robotics facilitates student learning the average level of education. This is a qualitative research of a case study. Participants are teenagers sixteen years on average, volunteers who participated in weekly meetings against the turn. The construction of the robot that represents the human nervous system was proposed by the students. Their participation has gone beyond the concept of the discussion and it was possible from the construction of the prototype. We note that collaboration is a major feature present in the activity. However,it is important to clarify that the cooperation of the collaboration assumptions also attended the activity. From designing the robot until its completion, we see the awakening of student interest, along with a natural increase of motivation of both the group and the teacher involved.

O Jornal da Química como etapa inicial de abordagem problematizadora: proposta para ensino e formação de professores
(2019-05) Pinheiro, Ricardo Silverio Gomes; Soares, Márlon Herbert Flora Barbosa
This paper presents and discusses a project called “Newspaper of Chemistry”, whose objective was to produce an information vehicle in a language more accessible to high school students and also discuss the contributions of this project to the training of chemistry teachers. The newspaper brings themes with interdisciplinary and contextualized approach, at the same time that it brings concepts of chemistry and related areas, stimulating the student to investigate the facts and seek knowledge. The purpose of the newspaper is to initiate a problematizing approach that will be continued in another work through dialog with the students. In this project, we focus on motivating the student, taking him to the appropriation of facts and concepts and instigating the development of the critical sense. The project was planned and executed by chemistry undergraduate students during the second stage of regency, and the newspaper was distributed in the scientific event of a public school in the municipality of Iporá, Goiás. After, a questionnaire was applied to the students to identify the impact of the newspaper and if the intended objectives were achieved. The idea of the newspaper also focuses on the formation of the undergraduate chemistry student based on the reflection of its pedagogical practices, within a problematizing and constructivist approach.

Games have always been present in the life of human beings, however, in the Brazilian educational scope, more specifically in the teaching of Chemistry/Sciences, their insertion is recent, and still needs a lot of deepening and development of the theoretical/ epistemological nature. In this sense, it is intended from this work to discuss the importance of culture for games and recreational activities. A research uses elements of the qualitative approach, explored to obtain descriptive data that allow the identification of the cultural elements of the students involved (about 84 students with 8th grade from a public school in the interior of Goiás), both in relation to the school environment as well as familiar, as well as verifying their conception about Science, in order to answer the research question: Do the data collection instruments used in line with the Bourdieusian framework make it possible to understand the culture that students are immersed in? The results made it possible to identify the culture in which students are immersed, as well as their influence on the appropriation of scientific knowledge, since we observed even epistemological obstacles related to scientific knowledge, resulting from cultural elements appropriated by students throughout their lives.

Jogo pedagógico para o ensino de termoquímica em turmas de educação de jovens e adultos
(2020-08) Leite, Maria Aparecida da Silva; Soares, Márlon Herbert Flora Barbosa
We present a pedagogical game for the initial discussion of thermochemistry concepts in two classes of students of youth and adult education at a public school in the state of Goiás. We analyze the application of a pedagogical game for adult audiences. Twenty-nine students were divided into two groups of 3rd. and 4º. periods of high school, mode EJA. The game, called the Thermochemical Path, has daily and scientific questions so that as the participants give the correct answers they move across the board. The game was performed in the classroom and allowed the students to leave a passive attitude, as it is applied using the whole space of the room. The results showed that adults have resistance to the use of games, as these are confused with leisure and opposition to work, without seriousness linked to education. In the course of the game, the students presented evolutions and reactions similar to the adolescent public in several characteristics common to the pedagogical games in the classroom.
