O acervo fotográfico do Colégio Marista de Goiânia como apoio pedagógico no ensino de historia

This research is a discussion about the use of photography as a historical document and as teaching materials in the teaching of history. It presents the organization of the photographic collection of Marist College of Goiania, as support teaching in the process of teaching-learning, as a contribution to the work of teachers teaching history of this school, in the rescue of the history of the institution and society goiana, from the arrival of the Marist in the city. Considering the amount of photos with great historical value as far as the state of the college, discusses the role of the school library that has the goal entering this context providing educational services, not only through the loan of books, but mainly acting as articulating and guidance Study . For this purpose the position of school librarian figure is of paramount importance, noting that this can provide a pleasant environment, reading, understanding where students have an interest in being. Analyze accordingly, the library of Marist College in Goiania that function as well as space for information, will be the place to Deploy the photographic collection.
Acessibilidade para deficientes visuais: proposta de cria o sala de apoio na Biblioteca Central da Universidade Federal de Goiás

This work highlights the importance of accessibility in university libraries, responsible for monitoring the student from beginning to end of the course, with the primary purposes of supporting research and promote access to information. Since the focus of analysis to the accessibility for the visually impaired, the library must have adaptation and a structure designed to meet this type of user. The librarian is responsible for mediating access to information, enabling the disabled as visually impaired, they are the focus of this work, have access to information. Interviews were conducted with the librarians in charge of Reference Section of the Library's Central UFG and Library Braille of Goi nia. The site visits were aimed compose a diagnosis of the Central Library in relation to accessibility and to envision a reference for building services and infrastructure available for the visually impaired in Braille Library. Through the results obtained in field work and relevant information contained in the legislation and review of literature on the subject, it was suggested a proposal for accessibility Central Library, which included equipment, software and services for the visually impaired. It is expected, is contributing effectively in the project to reformulation the system of university s libraries.
Acessibilidade física das bibliotecas públicas de Goiânia

The present work aimed to analyze the conditions of accessibility of buildings of public libraries in Goiania. As a basis to develop the study, we used the technical standard NBR 9050:2004, created to ensure adequate access for people with physical disabilities to buildings and facilities for public use. For the development of this study, information was collected in locus in three libraries through a roadmap with the criteria to be analyzed. The collected data have enabled the production of the diagnosis of the current situation of the accessibility of the physical space of the library. It was noted that the libraries analyzed still need to suit the accessibility standards to ensure the access of the bearer of physical disability or reduced mobility to its dependencies.
Análise cientométrica em periódicos da ciência da informação sobre marketing em bibliotecas

This paper analyzes through Scientometrics, the Brazilian Journals of Information Science on the library marketing during the last 10 years. It brings up a problem, that is the investigation of the scientific production on the subject, with the objective of identifying the scientific productions published in Brazil in periodicals of Information Science, identifying the magazines and articles that publish about marketing in libraries, as well as, to portray which years, authors and themes are associated with the scientific productions in those periodicals on library marketing and to measure the scientific productions on the themes during the last 10 years. As a methodology, a quantitative study was fulfilled through an exploratory, descriptive and bibliographical research, applied in national databases using as a tool the Scientometrics study. The results indicate that in this time period established in the research, only 24 articles were published, highlighting only one journal with the highest number of publications, as well as only two authors with the highest number of publications. It was concluded that there are few productions in journals on the subject treated, so the research seeks to contribute and instigate future scientific research on marketing in libraries.
Análise da atribuição das hashtags no Instagram para a representação de imagens

This paper aims to analyze the hashtags attribution on Instagram for image representation. Considering the hashtag, present on social networks, and its important role for online data categorization, easing search for information on this environment. The research is based on how users attribute hashtags to images on Instagram. Methodologically, the descriptive investigation had the questionnaire as data gathering instrument. It is concluded that the hashtag is recognized by the Instagram users that compounded the sample, as a way of information recovery at the social network. Despite of having its potential lowered by the way users attribute it, many times without the proper adequacy of the hashtag to the content on the image.

This paper deals with the theme Analysis of Journals Collection of Library SESC Cidadania. The main purpose of the study is to perform a study of the use of general knowledge journal collection of library to propose a methodology for the development of the collection, with a focus on using. This paper is characterized as exploratory and problem raised allows to analy-sis and the actions taken by senior management of the library. Specific objectives are: to char-acterize the library collection of magazines and general knowledge; to characterize the pro-cesses of selection, acquisition, treatment and discard developed by the collection of periodi-cals searched; Understanding how is promoting the use of magazines; identify the frequency of use, the subjects most requested and most used titles; propose methodology for developing proper collection of magazines. For this, we applied three techniques of data collection: bibli-ographic research study on the use and collection development policies, on issues related to the journals, personal interviews and individual, through a semi-structured questionnaire in-volving teachers, librarian and students. With the reduction of time for research due to mis-haps with the academic calendar, it was necessary to review the sampling. During the research it was found that most respondents know about the existence of these magazines. However, students are more used to research in books than in journals, which leads us to consider that it is necessary to stimulate the culture of research in journals. Therefore, this study leads to atti-tudes and dissemination of research culture in journals, dependent on joint actions between teachers and library.

The present work aims to understand the contribution of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) to scientific development in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic between 2020 and 2021. Thus, a bibliometric study is carried out on data referring to the production scientific research aimed at analyzing which areas and researchers at UFG carried out publications and studies on Covid-19. Thus, in the methodology for analysis, data on UFG professors were collected and data on their productions that addressed the Covid-19, pandemic, Coronavirus, Sars Cov 2 theme were collected. if in the development of publications with the theme related to Covid-19 and that from the figures presented, an expressive amount of works and research in different areas of knowledge was developed, collaborating with scientific development on Covid-19 in the period between 2020 and 2021.
Análise da formação do bibliotecário para atuar em ambientes educacionais a partir de três programas de especialização brasileiros

This study aims to analyze the formation of the librarian to work in educational settings, from the creation of three specialization programs in school library in occurrence in Brazil. To this end, initiatives were presented specialized courses that are occurring in the country to complement the training of librarians to act as an educator and was identified projects in the disciplines and the contents that are being offered to complement the training of librarians to work in school libraries, and identify elements considered essential, such as workload, conductor axes / themes, target audience, objectives, professional profile, methodology and team work, the three specialization courses selected were analyzed in the light of “Model of the School Library as a Dynamic Agent of Learning”, Todd and Kuhlthau (2004), showed the importance of disciplines of Education for the training of librarians educator, as one professional who can implement programs of information literacy in schools. The theoretical approaches presented information literacy, school libraries as dynamic agents of learning and professional librarian as infoeducador. This research is classified as documentary and descriptive qualitative approach. It was observed that the specialization courses in Brazilian school library offer interdisciplinary training and proffer disciplines and content covering the areas of Librarianship and Education, enabling graduates have clarity about their teaching practices in educational settings. We conclude that the specialization courses in school library analyzed Brazilians offer subsidies required for librarians to act as infoeducadores and develop information literacy programs in educational settings.
Análise de blogs bibliotecários quanto a sua indexação e organização da informação

It analyzes brazilian blogs in the information of science field, about their organization and indexing. It constitutes an exploratory descriptive study, with qualitative-quali approach. The data collect was performed through access in each blog and application of questionnaires on the google forms. The results indicate that the professionals care about the information indexing and organization in the blogs, since they apply tags in different ways and prioritize the content organization, distributing it in a coherent and attractive way. It concluded that the study reached the main objectives of analyzing these platforms and it verified that the professionals have this web channel to disseminate the information and contribute with the librarianship area in the most subjects.

Buoyed by the positive results in gaining competitive advantage in the market, organizations are more and more investing in methods to get strategic informations on time to make decisions. It is extremely important to monitor the internal and external environment of organizations to obtain this competitive advantage. In this case, the present study aimed to investigate if the Eficient software, which has as main objective the management of organizational processes, designed and produced by a Technology Enterprise in Goiânia-GO-Brazil, can be considered as a competitive intelligence instrument. It is understood that the information provided by this software are important and can offer managers, when necessary, foundation for decision making. The study can be classified as qualitative. In relation to the tools and investigative techniques, interviews and heuristic analysis were used for defining requirements for a competitive intelligence software.

The research sought to analyze the informational behavior of the professors of the UFG Librarianship course and the information competence used by them in the teaching practice. It also aimed to identify their informational skills related to the needs and use of information. The methodology used for data collection included quantitative and qualitative approaches and the following methods were used for data analysis: analysis of the content of the answers obtained by the application of the questionnaires and the analysis of the structure of the course through the pedagogical political project, as well as the Lattes curriculum, to identify information competencies. The questionnaire was structured based on the dimensions, ethics, aesthetics, technique and politics of competence according to the work of Vitorino and Piantola. The results indicate that teachers seek more information related to the discipline they teach and information for training. According to the results, you are looking for information to elaborate a lesson, through queries to Capes portal articles, video platforms and among others, demonstrate information competence in the decisions studied above, among them, are to exercise citizenship through information, develop sensitive creativity, have responsible use of information, and have skills to assess and use information.
Análise dos critérios de indexação na biblioteca pública Pio Vargas da cidade de Goiânia

It analyzes the criteria used for indexing the collection of the Pio Vargas public library in the city of Goiânia, as well as the existence of an indexing policy in it. It is a qualitative study, carried out through exploratory and descriptive research, applied to the librarian in charge of the unit. The collection technique was a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The results indicate that the library uses the criteria agreed upon in the literature, but adapted to its reality. As for the indexing policy, the library has a culture for the indexing of the collection in place, but there is no formalized policy. It is concluded that the performance of the indexing processes without a structured policy is an obstacle to the preservation of the logic of the collection construction and that the formalization of an indexing policy would benefit the library regarding the decisions that are taken by the professional who performs the indexing, thus preserving the decisions related to indexing that have already been performed, thus enabling the best information retrieval for the user.

The research of mobile applications performed in this work presents an analysis of products and services offered by international and national libraries. The main objective to present the mobile applications for libraries, considering the products and services offered to users, in order to present a technological feature that is already used by libraries worldwide . This work addresses the technological development within the library to explain the use of mobile applications , through a literature search and application oriented library. Research is exploratory and descriptive , with a view to enhancing and clearly display the importance that mobile applications can have for the library , making lifting qualitative way to show the types of services offered by libraries internationally. An analysis was developed presenting the main services present in applications of libraries . A total of twenty applications were assessed, fourteen international and six national , where you can check the difference of what is offered by international libraries and Brazil. Points to the importance of accession by the libraries to certain technologies in Brazil , especially for mobile applications, which a few years ago are used by libraries abroad and many successfully.

This case study discusses about Information Architecture and Usability applied to the website of the Library System of the Federal University of Goiás (SiBi / UFG). It shows the context of the Brazilian university libraries that Internet use as a communication tool that allows the dissemination of information and knowledge. This study case presents Information Architecture and Usability aimed at web sites libraries. The main purpose of the study is to verify if the website of Sibi /UFG meets the elements of Information Architecture and Usability criteria. For that it was necessary to use various authors that discuss with the issue, to identify the context of the Library System of the Federal University of Goias. Presents the techniques and methods used to evaluate the usability of websites and the importance of evaluating the usability of a system. Referring to the methodological issues it is a qualitative research structured as case study. The Information Architecture Usability complements, the first concerned with the structure and organization of information, while Usability, use and consistency between them and the information needs of real users. This research sought to know how the network modeling of information architecture, Search Engine Optimization and Information Recovery for the goal to be reached was a theoretical framework to have better basis on the three areas studied. Through the graph it was realized that the most connected node in the network is the term information in which the three fields are closely interconnected, where each area works with the information in different ways, but all geared for ease of user web use.
