Resumo
As a process that makes the State-Nation and its constitutive elements weaker, the Globalization impact causes a social-economic order with multiple faces. This phenomenon produces a complex discussion about the role of the Constitution and its difficulties to sustain the validity of its norms as matrix model of community in front of the occurrence of new power spaces. Therefore, we observe these complicates elements which lead us on the propose of re(visit) the juridical-politic perspectives of power in the Brazilian and Portuguese Constitutions, emphasizing the reflexes of the power at the redefinition of the Political Brazilian Letter in what concerns about its disfiguration observed in the actual conjuncture.
