Resumo

This work is a Planning Public Relations with a focus on dissemination store Rosa Chic in social media. Studies were conducted, observation and identification of the target audience, and the data results separate for diagnosis. Faced with several oppoitunities, threats and a great work to be done for that be possible this company achieve the desired goals. The Rosa Chic is a new women’s clothing store inserted in Goiás market that has been growing gradually in this branch. This work aims to study how professional Public Relations can help in consolidating the image of a company achieving greater visibility just before its stakeholders and make the renowned company in the of Goiania.
