A influência da formação política do Renovabr no sucesso eleitoral de candidatos no Brasil
(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-12-05) Santos, Marjorie Lynn Nogueira; Botelho, João Carlos Amoroso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5318293368816272; Botelho, João Carlos Amoroso; Assis, Mariana Prandini Fraga; Lameirão, Camila Romero
This study examines the influence of the political training provided by
RenovaBR on the electoral success of its candidates in Brazil. The main
objective was to evaluate how this training impacts the candidates' ability to
succeed in elections, identifying factors and components of the training that
contribute to its electoral effectiveness. The methodology adopted included a
literature review and a case study, combining quantitative analyses and
binary logistic regression to explore the relationships between
sociodemographic variables, participation in prior projects, and perceptions of
RenovaBR's contribution. Additionally, a content analysis was conducted based
on data from an internal RenovaBR survey applied to its students. The
regression results indicated that, although RenovaBR graduates exhibit a high
level of engagement in candidacies, variables such as gender, race, education
level, and involvement in other projects had limited influence on electoral
success. This suggests that other contextual or individual factors may be
more determinant. On the other hand, the content analysis revealed that,
from the students' perspective, RenovaBR's training had a significant
contribution to their political trajectories. It is concluded that, although
RenovaBR is effective in preparing candidates and encouraging their political
participation, electoral success depends on a broader combination of factors,
many of which go beyond the training received.
É uma vida de feira: trajetórias, paisagens e agenciamentos nas feiras livres da região central de Goiânia-GO

This thesis is the result of research carried out at fairs in the central region of the city
of Goiânia. Fairs can be thought of as a multispecific micro-universe and offer the
possibility of creating ties and relationships, which are made up of networks of trust
and friendship, which make it much more than a point of commerce. On the one hand,
it is trust and friendship that neutralize unwanted non-humans, such as bacteria and
other risks linked to contamination. On the other hand, it is the same network of
friendship that intensifies and makes official the effectiveness of non-human actions,
as in the cases of plants and their curative actions. As multispecific landscapes, the
fair also maintains sociability relationships between unwanted humans and nonhumans, who, although they are part of the landscape and coexist with each other,
their presence always leads to a greater risk than that linked to any food sold there.

This study conducts a critical analysis of the performance of the Land Solutions Commission of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (CSF/TJGO), with particular focus on the case of the Dom Tomás Balduíno Settlement, located in the municipality of Formosa, State of Goiás. The central objective of this research is to map the challenges faced by the CSF/TJGO in the present case, assess the effectiveness of the implemented interventions, and identify best practices that may be replicated, as well as to highlight gaps that demand attention for the improvement of public policies in the field of land tenure. To achieve the proposed objectives, a qualitative-descriptive approach was adopted, with an emphasis on the specific case study. Initially, an analysis was conducted of the historical and structural context of land conflicts in Brazil and in the State of Goiás, underscoring their underlying causes. Subsequently, the theoretical and legal foundations underpinning the fundamental rights involved in these conflicts were outlined, with particular emphasis on the tension between the right to housing and the right to property, both safeguarded by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988 (CRFB/1988). Additionally, the initiatives of the National Justice Council (CNJ) aimed at formulating judicial policies for the mediation and resolution of land disputes were
examined, with a focus on pluralistic and sustainable approaches. Within the scope of the analysis, the legal and institutional ramifications resulting from ADPF No. 828/DF were also investigated, as well as the process of the creation and operation of the CSF/TJGO. Finally, a detailed documentary analysis of Administrative Procedure (Proad) No. 202306000418954 was conducted in order to evaluate the measures implemented by the CSF/TJGO at the Dom Tomás Balduíno Settlement, with emphasis on the challenges faced and the results achieved thus far. The results indicate that the performance of the CSF/TJGO, by promoting dialogue and the mitigation of land conflicts, represents a significant advancement in the pursuit of peaceful and structured solutions. However, in the case under study, the observed results remain insufficient for the consolidation of definitive solutions. This finding reinforces the need for greater interinstitutional articulation, coupled with the implementation of long-term public policies and the adoption of land governance that prioritizes the social, legal, and economic sustainability of the solutions implemented
Cidades sobrepostas: o processo de modernização e segregação urbana de Teresina (1990-2010)

This paper is an analysis of the process of modernization and urban segregation that occurred in the city of Teresina between 1990 and 2010. This process resulted in interventions implemented with the purpose of bringing Teresina closer to other urban centers, which, due to their proportionality, were responsible for the city's inclusion in the international parameters of global cities and for this reason it began to experience problems generated by this new way of being in the urban space typical of post-modernity. New spatialities were created to meet the demands of the sector, with the opening of shopping malls and gated communities. The government acted to direct the actions, equipping the city with urban equipment that responded to the needs of a new way of living and consuming the city. This new way of being in the city is marked by individuality and the volatility of social relations. Public and civil spaces are replaced by spaces marked by the market issue, in which issues related to citizenship are replaced by a consumer relationship. However, this new way of being in the city is not accessible to everyone. A considerable part of the population does not have access to this market city and is doubly excluded, having lost spaces for community participation and being unable to participate in the capital city. However, the city is not built without conflicts; those excluded from this process or those averse to the way it was implemented will leave their impressions on all these changes that went beyond the city walls and left their reflections on the multiple forms of possible experiences within the urban space. The theoretical framework on which this research was anchored was the studies of Michel de Certeau, regarding the concepts of representation and appropriation of urban spaces, and the writings of Zygmunt Bauman and his reflections on the moment of postmodernity, which he called liquid modernity. The methodological path included a considerable amount of sources, ranging from official documents of state and municipal executives to daily newspapers.
