Item Filosofia da história em Fredric Jameson: uma crítica às aporias do pós-modernismo(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2010-10-01) BAIOCCHI, Ana Beatriz Carvalho; BERBERT JUNIOR, Carlos Oiti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8528822272178341The aim of this study is the attempt to retake the problem of Marxist philosophical discourse, that is, to implement a philosophy of history in a postmodern discussion of these metanarrativas crisis. In this sense the choise of the author Fredric Jameson is closely related to their position regarding the debate on postmodern. Against all expectations in relation to post-modern theories of crisis metanarrativas, the author think the postmodern in a less pessimistic in a narrative reflect on what Marxist discussion and its relationship with history. However, the assessment in relation to the concept of totality before running through a critical theoretical categories of modernism (its ideology and utopia intrinsic) rather than the process of aggregation of the system. Thus, the questions of Fredric Jameson in relation to post-modern theories renewing him examining the superstructure of artistic and textual phenomena, which allows you to have a panoramic view over the contemporary cultural sphere. From this perspective, and assuming postmodernism as an ally cultural of advanced capitalism, or late, we seek to undertake a reassessment of Marxism from the postmodern critique of ideology and utopia‟s own high-modernism.Item A negação da shoah na História: uma análise dos trabalhos Negacionistas enquanto História e o problema da administração da Memória(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2012-07-25) NARCIZO, Makchwell Coimbra; BERBERT JUNIOR, Carlos Oiti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8528822272178341The shoah (holocaust) is a remarkable event in our contemporaneity, especially by the way it was developed and for its results. The humanity faced a barbarity that never thought was possible in modern world, generating the disarticulation of lifting bases of the period in question. Therefore, demanded that markers of knowledge such as Philosophy, History, Theology, Laws and even the Art were rethinking. The event in question generates a reflection on the capacity of History to apprehend phenomenon occurred in the past for a relevant form to the present. Involving theoretical and dynamics questions of the historiographer work, which goes since the way this work is made to its motivations. Between the trauma that shoah evokes and difficulties that it brings to Historiographical field is the important question of the use of History. One battle aiming the administration of history and shoah s memory is in full development, in it is highlighted the Negationists of shoah, group that alleges that the cited event has not occurred. The present work aims to be an analysis of Negationists attempts to administrate the history of shoah, its memory and how they use History, as the authenticity of their work while history. For such fact, some work of main Negationists authors such as Paul Rassinier and Robert Faurisson will be inquired, also other important authors of the group as: Mark Weber, David Irving and Arthur Butz.Item A Prudência da História: A Tradição da Retórica e as Aporias da Modernidade(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2012-09-20) RIBEIRO, Claudio Fernandes; BERBERT JUNIOR, Carlos Oiti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8528822272178341This work, entitled Prudence of History: Rhetoric Tradition and Aporiae of Modernity, presents an investigation about the elements that rhetoric tradition and practical wisdom (phronesis) associated to it provide to the form of specific knowledge of humanities (or, as it has been called: human science ). At first (chapter 1), we will present an analysis about the process of marginalization suffered by this tradition, in the modernity, at the moment that the method of natural sciences was erected and also when there was an expropriation of traditional experience (this experience means common sense and the limits of human action). Secondly (chapter 2), we will analyze the consequences of this marginalization taking the crises between the categories of time experience as a reference point. Finally (Chapter 3), we will approach the phenomenon of the resumption of rhetoric tradition in the 20th century, aiming to show how this resumption constitutes an effort to the evasion of the phenomenon that we called (based on Koselleck and Ivan Domingues theses) as Aporiae of Modernity , that is: the neutralization of the (present) action in the practical life, which is caused by the (1) rigidities of the past and tradition, and by the (2) belief in a perfectibilist and always deferrable future.Item Uma perspectiva histórica sobre a constituição da dança em Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2012-03-30) SCHIFINO, Rejane Bonomi; BERBERT JUNIOR, Carlos Oiti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8528822272178341This paper aims to establish the relationship between Dancing and History, trying to understand how this practice integrates with Goiânia s cultural lifestyle. Starting from the apparent contradiction between an imported art and a culture closely tied to the regional universe of Midwestern, we tried to demonstrate how this activity flourished in the capital of Goiás, through the systematization of its education, the training of local professionals, the artistic production in the area and the opening of specific spaces for its experience over time. According to this objective, we used different sources: the collections of documents linked to the dancing universe in the city, documents made available by the goianienses public files, interviews with local professionals and selected bibliography on Goiás historiography and history of dance. The analysis of these sources and the selected bibliographic references demonstrate that if the dance has spread from the activity of teachers from other States and countries from late 1940 did not originate in the territory of Goias, it was absorbed as part of local culture due to the nature of its Constitution: integrative, hybrid, possessor of both rural and urban elements. This peculiarity has allowed, between 1940 and 1990, that many teachers settled in the city and establish their way of teaching permanently, by introducing different teaching methodologies, forming dancers with recognized excellence, producing and participating in performances and events related to this activity and promoting this practice under various approaches such as acquisition of culture, physical exercise, as a profession, therapy, a hobby. At the same time, it contributed to the formation of a local habitus, forming a sociable network that has unique forms of relationship and reaches not only the direct public of local private tutors and their living spaces, but also the public spaces, such as schools and dance companies.Item BEZERRA DA SILVA E O CENÁRIO MUSICAL DE SUA ÉPOCA: ENTRE AS TRADIÇÕES DO SAMBA E A INDÚSTRIA CULTURAL (1970 2005)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2009-09-18) SOUSA, Rainer Gonçalves; BERBERT JUNIOR, Carlos Oiti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8528822272178341This work aims to establish a reading about the pathway of Bezerra da Silva from the artistic legacy that he left. Thereby, we promoted one revisit to the themes and questions inserted on the history of samba and we thought about the sambista s importance in the context of his time from the dialogue with his work. To rethink about the values of his production and the esteem of his contributions to the brazilian music, we appeal to the concepts of tradition and cultural industry, understood here as rich elements for us to explore the contrasts and the complexity of his artistic production.
