It also prioritizes substitute services therapies, performed by a multidisciplinary team, which fully assists both patients and families. This study aimed to evaluate the structure and work processes in a Psychosocial Care Center in the city of Goiânia-GO, in order to know how they develop healthcare practices based upon the Psychiatric Reform. It is a qualitative intervention research, developed into a Psychosocial Care Center type II from February to August 2014. Twenty-nine professionals from the technical and support staff participated in the research. The intervention process was mediated by the Problematization Methodology, led by the Arch of Maguerez, and consists of five steps: observation of reality; definition of the key points; theory; solution of assumptions and application to reality. Data were obtained in 08 pre-scheduled meetings, which were recorded in digital voice recorder, as well as participant observation, interviews with managers, field research journals and documentary evidence collection. In the first stage, observation of reality, the practices developed in the service were taken into consideration, leading to identification of problems there. In the step regarding the key points, the causes of problems that interfered in the work processes in the service were detected. The theorization of the problems and their causes, which corresponds to the third step, was carried out through directed studies. These studies offered theoretical basis for building solutions, built along the lines of the action plans that have been applied in reality. Several obstacles in the development of work processes were noticed, according to the perspective of the psychosocial model, such as difficulties in the development of user’s therapeutic project; interpersonal relationship between professionals, witch interfered in the development of teamwork and their integration; ineffectiveness of psychosocial care network in Goiania; lack of systematization of care and transition complexity of call service not planned properly. The study provided reflection of the care practices developed by the staff of the institution the main goal was to improve the care provided to users and their families. The process action / reflection / action, with the participants as process protagonists, allowed greater involvement and engagement of professionals in the search for (re) adjustments of the service, providing mutual growth: to the university as a teaching and research institution, and to the care services, as assistance centers. Thus, reformulations in their practices were driven, especially those related to the monitoring of the treatment plan, internal organization units, in relation to the network service approach, and to the integration of teamwork.Item Ações de saúde mental na atenção primária à saúde: perspectivas para a enfermagem(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-03-26) Stival, Ana Paula Cintra; Dallegrave, Daniela; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7963448404748668; Esperidião, Elizabeth; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1143743711641872; Esperidião, Elizabeth; Silva, Nathalia dos Santos; Santos, Patrícia Tavares dosResearch on the type of intervention with a descriptive-exploratory and qualitative approach, discusses aspects related to the integration process of mental health actions in Primary Health Care (PHC), in view of the need to extend mental health care to the people of community in the territory. With a view to strengthening the Psychosocial Attention Network and mental health care in the field studied, the objective was to identify and analyze the development of mental health actions from the perspective of the supervisors of the family health teams. The following specific objectives were identified: identifying the demands of the field of mental health in the Family Health Strategy (ESF); describe the actions of the mental health field offered by the family health teams; to investigate the factors that influence the development of actions in the field of mental health from the perspective of the supervisors of the Family Health Strategy, in addition to experiencing the implementation of Situational Strategic Planning as a tool for reflection and change in mental health practices in the Family Health Strategy. The research was developed in a medium-sized municipality in the Central West region of Brazil, in which nurses supervising the FHT participated. The data were collected through participant observation at the time of approach and immersion in the field under study, focus groups and by a self-administered questionnaire, aiming at obtaining the professional profile of the participants. Thematic content analysis was followed by qualitative data analysis software. As main results, it was observed that the mental health care in PHC, from a nursing perspective, comprises three dimensions: the reorganization / management of the nursing work process, changes in the professional's posture and effective permanent education plans. In addition, factors that influence the development of actions in the field of mental health by the FHT are described and analyzed. This study indicates the feasibility of instituting permanent education plans for the professionals who are at the forefront of PHC, given the pressing need pointed out by the participants themselves in the discussions undertaken during the research development, as well as highlighting the Situational Strategic Planning as an important strategy for reflection of mental health care actions in the sphere of PHC. Finally, it brings the analysis of these questions into the nursing training dimension.Item Estratégia e-SUS atenção básica: uso pelas equipes de consultório na rua(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-04-04) Vale, Raquel Rosa Mendonça do; Caixeta, Camila Cardoso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6328431715794338; Esperidião, Elizabeth; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1143743711641872; Esperidião, Elizabeth; Medeiros, Marcelo; Ribeiro-Rotta, Rejane Faria; Rocha , Bárbara Souza; Souza , Márcia Maria deINTRODUCTION: Primary Health Care is the gateway of the individual to health services of the Unified Health System (SUS). As a Primary Health Care team, there is the Street Clinics that makes it possible to attend to the homeless population. Due to the relevance of Primary Health Care, it was necessary to create the Primary Health Care Information System to instrumentalize professionals and managers based on the e-SUS Atenção Básica strategy. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of the e-SUS Primary Health Care strategy by the teams of the Street Clinics in the State of Goiás. METHODOLOGY: exploratory descriptive study of a qualitative research-intervention type. It was carried out with all the teams of the Street Clinics in the State of Goiás and had the participation of 20 professionals and three managers. The data were obtained through an individual interview with managers and a focus group with the professionals. The data were analyzed according to Bardin content analysis and Atlas ti 6.2. software. RESULTS: A lack of knowledge of professionals and managers was identified regarding the use of the e-SUS Atenção Básica strategy, in its fullness. It is not all professionals of the Street Clinics who have access to the Information System, leading them to certain inexperience with its use. Managers, on the other hand, do not recognize the importance of every team accessing it. Although the registration of the actions carried out in the information system was in the work routine of the teams, it is not carried out in its totality and potentiality. It was possible to identify changes in activities related to the information system, as required by SUS standardization. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: limiting the knowledge of the use of the e-SUS Atenção Básica strategy by the professionals and managers of the Street Clinics team weakens the management process in health, planning and instrumentalized clinical management. There is a need for greater investment in ongoing processes of continuing education, aimed at professionals and managers, regarding the use of information technologies available through the Unified Health System, as well as investment in the physical structure of services and logistics to ensure that the e-SUS Atenção Básica strategy is used assertively.
