Item A letra e o espírito da lei(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-12-16) Fernandes, Darley Alves; Klotz, Hans Christian; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9583503676638320; Klotz, Hans Christian; Altmann, Silvia; Lima, Erick Calheiros de; Silva, Márcia Zebina Araújo da; Dalla Vecchia, Ricardo BazilioIn the current dissertation, we discuss the way that the norms and the moral principles objectively justified by the reason can become subjective grounds of determination of the will (motive). Taking into account that the moral norms are normative principles that affirm something about us, telling us what to do and claiming that we must to do so, our thesis is that we only can understand the motivational character of the moral norms through the "moral consciousness". The consciousness of duty is the conscience of being submitted to a moral obligation that is valid for me because it is inevitable to me, once I recognize my "reasons for acting" through it. From this premise we can defend that: (i) there is just a formal distinction between the objective grounds and the subjective grounds so that the "objective grounds" are "motives"; (ii) the subjective validity of these norms it is not independent on the subject who judges and is submitted to them. Therefore, we cannot understand the motivational character of the reason without comprehending its normativity, once both are capabilities that form what we call "practical reason". Then, to talk about the motivational ability of the practical reason is to talk of its normativity and vice-versa, it is because of that the moral consciousness purchase central relevance in our investigation, once it reveals these two virtues of the practical reason. Insofar this fundamental consciousness of the "law of duty" is presented as a "fact of reason", it is the highest point of Kantian moral philosophy. Exploring the fundamental consciousness of the law we are affirming that the condition of the subjective validity of the norms and moral principles is the own "immanence" of these principles, this immanence is revealed by the consciousness.Item A dupla reflexão: um percurso sobre o conceito de reflexão da reflexão em Kierkegaard, Fichte e o primeiro romantismo alemão(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-08-10) Gomes, Arthur Bartholo; Klotz, Hans Christian; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9583503676638320; Klotz, Hans Christian; Paula, Márcio Gimenes de; Suzuki , Márcio; Silva, Márcia Zebina Araújo da; Damião, Carla MilaniThis thesis aims to clarify the meaning of the concept of double reflection in Kierkegaard, by elaborating reflexivity in kierkegaardian philosophy and by a retrospective tracing of how this concept can be found and formulated in Fichte and in early German romanticism. The idea of a reflection on reflection, which Kierkegaard identifies with the double reflection in his work and which is used as an operative concept to explain his philosophical, literary and religious authorship, was first formulated in Fichte's critical philosophy, and from then on it was submitted to a metacritical interpretation in the Frühromantik, which directly influenced Kierkegaard's appropriation. In order to lay the foundations for an understanding of the concept of double reflection, the work should cover not only the delineation of the concept of reflection by itself in each of these authors, but also in parallel to relate it with the conception of a reflective consciousness or individuality in each author. Although it is possible to trace this sequential line formed by this concept in these three authors, the specific differences it acquires in each of them compels the confrontation with both romanticism and idealism in Kierkegaard's work, with which he seeks to dialogue in order to delimit his religious philosophy.Item A encarnação da filosofia: uma análise da filosofia da sensibilidade de Ludwig Feuerbach(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-03-29) Martins, Felipe Assunção; Klotz, Hans Christian; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4164545D6; Klotz, Hans Christian; Silva, Márcia Zebina Araújo; Paula, Márcio Gimenez deThe thought of Ludwig Feuerbach, when we realize its true dimension and scope, is far from being limited to a simple critique of religion and Christianity. The almost universal label of a atheistic seems to pursue him, generating impoverishing interpretations of his thought. However, if we look at the movement of his works - which we limit ourselves, for various reasons, to the period from 1839 until 1843 - we can identify a more relevant subject: the attempt to give a new meaning to the Human Sensibility within the philosophical tradition. In that direction, we can understand his juvenile works, passing by the Essence of Christianity, and arraving to his later "philosophy of the future." The image of this development as an "incarnation" also summarizes the evolution, accompanied here chronologically, of the Feuerbachian philosophy from the unfolding of a post-Hegelian scene, with the claim for a "realization of the idea" yet in the Hegelian horizon, to his emancipation and formation of an authentically "incarnated philosophy" in the human figure and in the sensibility ground..Item A autogênese do conceito especulativo de subjetividade na Ciência da Lógica de Hegel(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-12-01) Morais, Júlia Sebba Ramalho; Klotz, Hans Christian; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9583503676638320; Klotz, Hans Christian; Silva, Márcia Zebina Araújo da; Suman, Thiago Santoro; Pertille, José Pinheiro; Gonçalves, Márcia Cristina FerreiraIn this paper, I investigate the logical genesis of the theoretical concept of subjectivity (Subjektivität) in Hegel's Science of Logic. In my view, this genesis has three aspects. The first aspect is external to the Hegelian system and concerns Hegel's critical interpretations of the concept of self in Kant and Fichte's philosophies. I contend that Kant's argument about the notion of pure transcendental apperception was fundamental to the Hegelian elaboration of the concept of subjectivity as deeply conceptual. The Fichtian notion of the self, as an absolute principle of science, contributed to Hegel's understanding of a self-referential subjectivity as immanent to his absolute system. However, as I will show, the Hegelian interpretation of such concepts goes through an intense speculative transformation within its philosophy scope. The second and third aspects of the subjectivity's autogenesis occur internally to the logical element. The second aspect concerns the meta-logical and dialectical activity of the subjective concept. In my view, the concept (Begriff), when driving the dialectical method in the Hegel system, can be seen as its immanent and active subjective principle and, in its formal meta-logical performance, subjectively self-sets. Finally, the third aspect of the subjectivity concept of logical autogenesis refers to the progressive development of certain logical categories of the "Doctrine of Being" and the "Doctrine of the Essence." In my view, they are proto-subjectives, contributing genetically to the subsequent manifestation of the subjectivity of the concept in the "Doctrine of the Concept."Item O conceito de liberdade como reflexividade da vontade na filosofia do direito de Hegel(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-02-26) Pedra, Kárita Paul de Melo; Klotz, Hans Christian; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9583503676638320; Klotz, Hans Christian; Santoro, Thiago S.; Pertille, José PinheiroThis master thesis will be an investigation about the concept of freedom present in the Introduction to Hegel 's Philosophy of Right. Our aim will be to focus on a detailed analysis of the moments (Stufen) constituents of free will, noting that the speculative description exposed by Hegel in the Introduction, can be understood as the basis upon which is built the whole system of Right. The philosophical science of Right is grounded in a conception of freedom different from the will of the modern tradition of natural right, the idea of wills that gather a contract or even the subjectivist conception of freedom. This ground seems to point toward a reflexivity of free will, that is, in the conception of a rational free will that realizes iteself only by being free in and for itself, self-determining free will, which is the form and contente of itself. It remains to raise the question of how can the integration of form and content of arbitrium (insufficient level of the will) can be conceived as self-determination in and of itself. Thus, we will try to understand what the reflexivity of free will consists in, how it relates to and addresses the three moments of freedom and how it gives rise to the system of right.Item O esclarecimento Kantiano(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-11-18) Souza, Paola Nunes de; Klotz, Hans Christian; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9583503676638320; Klotz, Hans Christian; Almeida, Fábio Ferreira de; Santos, Paulo Roberto Licht dos; Araújo, Márcia Zebina deThis research aims to investigate some aspects related to the concept of Aufklärung present in the writings of Immanuel Kant, from the analysis of the Enlightenment process developed by the philosopher. From the observation of Kantian works, we see that this process presupposes as necessary the use of understanding, autonomy, self-thinking and freedom on the part of the subjects involved, thus presenting a unique correlation with Kant's ethics, and also articulate with fundamental political and educational aspects. In this sense, in order to understand Aufklärung or the Kantian Enlightenment, this dissertation seeks, firstly, to analyze some historical aspects of this concept and also the context in which the question that moved the German Illustration about the term Aufklärung in 1783 arises. Subsequently, we seek to analyze more deeply the Kantian answer and also to observe the way the dialogue on the theme is built, from other questionings present in Kant's own critical philosophy. Finally, besides discussing some of the metacritical links that the Kantian discussion establishes with its historical time and its own philosophy, we try to think about the current concept of Enlightenment, from the reflection of contemporary theorists who thought about the Aufklärung process.
