Item Logística corporativa e territorialização do capital pelos lugares: análise da rede organizacional dos operadores logísticos vinculados ao Logproduzir de 2003 a 2015(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-12-21) Bastos, Leila Sobreira; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4737406H0; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; Godoi, Cintia Neves; Castilho, DenisThis work seeks to consider logistics as a fundamental attribute for corporate circulation and, consequently, for control, fluidity and territorial appropriation. We understand that logistics, more precisely the figure of the Logistic Operator, constitutes a fundamental agent capable of enhancing the use made to technical networks. In order to corroborate this idea, a study was made on logistics in the context of the expansion of capital with emphasis on Logistics Operators. In order to give depth to the discussion, our research object was the Logistic Operators benefited by the Produzir Program in Goiás. As result, we observed that, in Goiás, few companies can be considered, in fact, Logistics Operators, and among the companies benefited by the incentive towards the OLs, they are, in fact, carriers. In the same way, we observed that the truck drivers are central agents for the productive mobilization of the territory in Goiás and, nevertheless, the margin of the policies directed to the logistics is located, which represents a mistake, since this actor mobilizes a great part of the Agricultural production of the state and lack policies that provide productivity and quality at work. We tried to prove that the joint analysis of the State action and of a specific company format - Logistic Operator - contributes to the understanding of the Senses of modernization in Goiás. We believe that Logistical Operators are one of the new agents of modernity created to operationalize the fluidity and expansion of the contexts of modernity through the corporative apparatus of the territory. Keywords: Corporate Logistics, Logistic Operator, appropriation of technical networks, organizational network.Item Desvendando tendências: o universo da moda e as contradições socioespaciais na região da 44 em Goiânia-GO de 2010 a 2024(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-03-19) Correa, Letícya Sousa; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; Matushima, Marcos Kazuo; Maia, Carlos Eduardo SantosThis dissertation proposes a discussion about the impacts of fashion commerce in the Rua 44 region, in Goiânia. Region 44 is the second largest fashion hub in Brazil, behind only Brás, in São Paulo, and presents an intense dynamism. The centrality that this commercial agglomeration plays in intra-urban transformations and in the landscape itself acts as an open-air laboratory for geography. Our location is Mega Moda Shopping, the largest shopping center in the region and one of the projects that exerts the most political, economic and social influence in the region, in addition to driving the transformation of the fashion hub. We also discuss the work carried out by the different classes present in the space. Some concepts guide our studies, such as fashion, centrality and landscape. Methodologically, the research relies on a bibliographical review of the concepts and historical contextualization of the region, in addition to semi-structured interviews and forms with open and closed questions. We conclude that Region 44, being the largest employer in the service sector in the State of Goiás, presents a unique operating dynamic, operating in an increasingly structured way and driving the creation of various government policies and actions to support small business owners and boost the fashion industry in Goiás, paying attention to women who are the majority in the fashion industryItem Efeitos socioespaciais da habitação de interesse social: um estudo de caso do residencial Nelson Mandela, Goiânia - Goiás - (2017-2022)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-10-19) Corvalan, Rafael Alonso Jeronimo; Barreira, Celene Cunha Monteiro Antunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1038300875963340; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustaquio; Salgado, Tathiana Rodrigues; Araújo, Elis Veloso Portela deThe capital of Goiás arises from a well-defined political and economic project, in which the initial years were marked by the absence of social housing, leading to various irregular occupations. Subsequently, the state begins to act towards land regularization and the promotion of social housing through the construction of several housing complexes in the outskirts of Goiânia. In this scenario, the Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida (PMCMV) emerges as one of the most important programs in promoting social housing. In this context, the Residencial Nelson Mandela (RNM), the subject of this research, is introduced. The RNM is part of the Conjunto Vera Cruz, a neighborhood built in the 1980s, also a result of housing policies. Thus, the objective is to assess the sociospatial impacts of the PMCMV based on the experience of the RNM. For the research development, a bibliographic survey of authors related to housing policies, urban planning, plans, laws, and legislations was conducted, followed by four fieldworks in the study area. However, it was found that, despite housing policies providing housing for many families, there are various sociospatial impacts in their implementation, resulting from the lack of expansion of public facilities in transportation, health, education, leisure, and public safety.Item Pessoas com deficiências: uma abordagem das práticas espaciais no espaço urbano de Barra do Garças-MT(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-10-17) Maciel, Márcio Pinheiro; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; Chaveiro, Eguimar Felício; Melo, Sandro Cristiano deThis work is the result of a research in the area of Geography, which aimed to understand the spatial practices of People with Disabilities in the urban space of Barra do Garças-MT. In this sense, to perceive and understand the non-appropriation of city spaces by PCD, aiming, at least, to present the difficulties and challenges encountered in the urban space of Barra do Garças, related to people with disabilities. Within this investigation, it is clear that accessibility plays an important role in the democratization of spaces, as well as looking at the urban public space as deficient, which needs adaptations to serve all people - residents or not - of the municipality. Disability is in space and not in people. The realization of this research involves: a presentation of elementary concepts of the geographic scope; an exhibition on the urban organization and characterization of the municipality of Barra do Garças; in addition to the necessary understanding of the concept of spatial practices and the analysis of urban space, from the perspective of instruments favorable to the understanding of geographic space and the legal provisions that regulate the rights of people with disabilities. As a method of obtaining data, the theoretical support was guided by a qualitative and quantitative reflection. The research took place in six stages, each one being worked on in a systematic way, namely: the 1st stage: bibliographic survey and bibliographic review; II stage: survey of data in population censuses to identify the percentage of PCD present in the municipality; Stage III: reading of books, articles, periodicals and dissertations that deal with the subject; IV stage: conducting interviews following the network indication technique, where one interview indicates another. V stage: carrying out field work in the public spaces cited by the interviewees as spaces they frequent to verify the accessibility characteristics of these places. VI stage: data tabulation/interpretation, elaboration/production of the analytical text of the dissertation.Item Efeitos territoriais da apropriação do cerrado pelo agronegócio na comunidade Araras – Morrinhos (GO)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-10-25) Morais, Débora Rosa de; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; Oliveira, Adriano Rodrigues de; Ferreira, Lara Cristine GomesThe Brazilian countryside has undergone intense transformations since the 1970s, due to the modernization agriculture process. In this research, this process is understood through the effects of the appropriation of the Cerrado by agribusiness, and the transformations in the territory of Araras rural community. The Goiás state and, consequently, the city of Morrinhos, experienced the expansion of agricultural modernization, occurring in an uneven manner. The city of Morrinhos (GO) and the Araras rural community have stamped in their history the dynamism of the occupation process of the Cerrado from agribusiness. On one side peasant farmers struggling to stay on their land. Carrying out the activities of cattle management and small bovine milk production, conditioned to the interests of the Mixed Cooperative from Milk Producers of Morrinhos (Complem). In the other, the economic growth generated by this model of highly- skilled agriculture that serves industries, in addition to grain production, sugar cane, energy, among other products. Bibliographical, documentary and field research were used, with structured interviews, semistructured interviews, observation, notes in the field book and photographic records. Because of these situations the present work deals with the contradictions inherent to the production model, with the concentration of investments in an uneven manner, presenting strong deficiencies, as it happens in the rural community surveyed. It is proposed to understand the main characteristics of peasant agriculture and agribusiness inserted in Araras and the main environmental impacts that result from the process of use of the cerrado occupation.Item Pessoas com deficiência física na microrregião do Vão do Paranã: narrativas e cartografias de vida(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-05-07) Passos, Jamylle Lorrane Silva; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Chaveir, Eguimar Felício; Marques, Ana Carolina de Oliveira; Borges, Ronan EustáquioThe dissertation is linked to the master's research to analyze the cities of Vão do Paranã’s microregion with a perspective aiming disabled people, verifying the historical-geographical formation process of this region since its occupation, to understand the spaces of displacement and experiences of these individuals. In the first moment, the socioeconomic disparities of this region comparing to the rest of the state of Goiás are contextualized by confronting census data based on an analysis scheduled by “Municipal Human Development Index” and Taxes on Merchandise and Services, therefore seeking to understand the most evident socioeconomic deficits on the chosen location. In the second stage, the number of disabled people was recorded in the micro-region of Vão do Paranã according to data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, so the quantity of these people was obtained. In the third and final stage the exhibition of the results is presented, using the methodology of the narratives to report life stories that were told through interviews. In view of these experiences, existential cartographies were created for the main subject of this dissertation, presenting the anguishes, fears, achievements, joys and wishes of disabled people living in the microregion of Vão do Paranã. Item O espaço da deficiência e a cidade deficiente: análise da apropriação do espaço público pela pessoa com deficiência física em Trindade – GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-12-08) Santos, Cátia Rodrigues dos; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Chaveiro, Eguimar Felício; Déa, Vanessa Helena Santana Dalla; Silva, Valéria Cristina PereiraThis work is linked to the master's research in order to analyze the accessibility of public spaces of Trindade – GO for the use of person with physical disability. Trindade is presented as cultural heritage and built its historical formation process, economic and municipal territory through the traditions of Catholic origins and country music. The emergence of the locality is directly linked to the religious factors that have occurred over several years, dialoguing directly with factors of reception of the person with disability. Trindade is also known for hosting one of the largest institutions in the country that cares and welcomes people with disabilities (Vila São José Bento Cottolengo) and then come the questions: Trindade is designed and planned to receive this population in order to guarantee equal access? How the conflicts between the city's public spaces and disabled people? Is it possible to determine how the appropriation of these public spaces occurs by the person with a disability? In this sense, we seek to understand the historical memory of the city of Trindade (historical documents), the materialization of the space itself from the perspective of people with disabilities who experience this space, in order to understand the socio-spatial relationship of the city's constitution under the aspect of accessibility. Therefore, this study is characterized as a qualitative and quantitative descriptive and exploratory research. Qualitative qualitative research deals with the universe of meanings, motives, aspirations, beliefs, values and attitudes associated with a numerical translation. To collect the analysis data, field observations were made through photographs of the public spaces of the city of Trindade to confront the standards of accessibility, collection of data about the place of residence of the disabled population in the city (through the IBGE - Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, and also of specific organs such as the Association of the Physically Disabled of Trindade - (ADEFITRIN) and Vila São José Bento Cottolengo), data on accessibility and urban mobility policy (City Posture Code and the Organic Law of the municipality). In addition to a bibliographical research about public space, disability (disabled physical people), public policies for people with disabilities, urban mobility and accessibility as an element of support for practical activities. The conclusion of this research that Trindade is a city that has a non-viability of accessibility, compromising not only people with disabilities, but the population as a whole, and planning measures, urban redevelopment need to be effected to receive in an egalitarian way all those who pass through it.Item A produção de milho no sudoeste goiano: espacialização, cadeia produtiva e complementaridade(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-05-10) Souza Neto, João Marques de; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; Chaveiro, Eguimar Felício; Silva, Lorranne Gomes daThe concept of the productive chain is constituted by a set of economic and commercial actions that consist in valorization of the means of production and in the succession of operations of transformations, capable of being separated and linked by technical chaining and by financial and commercial relations. An agroindustrial production chain can be divided upstream (end product) and upstream (raw material); in the case of the maize chain, the limits of this view are sometimes not readily identifiable. The general objective of the research was to analyze the production of maize in the context of regional agricultural production, identifying to the areas of planting, the technologies used, the producing properties, the purposes of production and the production in the areas of peasant agriculture. Specific objectives include: (i) understanding and identifying the process of formation of the productive chain, identifying public policies, the process of arriving at the package known as the Green Revolution and modernizing the field to understand the formation logic of Southwest Goiás; and (ii) demonstrate the production chain of maize in the Southwest of Goiás, analyzing the chain within the regional reality. The methodological procedures were based on a bibliographical review of important geographic concepts (region, territory and landscape), as well as the evolution of the Brazilian countryside and the insertion of the Midwest in the country's agricultural dynamics. In addition, the research was based on the collection of secondary and primary data, through research in official publications (FAO, IBGE and IMB) and field work, which allowed a more critical and sensitive view of the maize production chain. In summary, it was possible to identify the complex relationships present in the chain under study, as well as the large-scale production of maize and the concentration of land in the study area.Item Dinâmica Populacional na Região Metropolitana de Goiânia: fluxos e mobilidades(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-12-21) Souza, Johnathan dos Santos de; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3781116210567482; Borges, Ronan Eustáquio; Bezerra, Juscelino Eudâmidas; Calaça, ManoelThe present work had as objective to analyze a population dynamics of the Goiânia metropolitan area (RMG), from the beginning of the decade of 1990 until the first decade of the 21st century, along with the factors of its territorial formation. The data used were extracted from the Demographic Data (1991,2000 and 2010), the Atlas of Human Development 2013 and the Information Technology Department of the Brazilian Public Health Care System (DataSUS). The analyzes showed that the population growth has intensified over the years in the municipalities of the surroundings south, west and east of the metropolis. On the other hand, the distribution is concentrated only in five municipalities, all located around the capital. Regarding migrations, we noticed that most of the migration flows are interstate, with the majority coming from only four Brazilian states. In relation to the migration flows within the RMG, the migration between core and peripheral regions is still the one that stands out. The data also showed that the majority of the population of metropolitan municipalities is made up of migrants, except Goiânia. The pendulum migration was also analyzed, and we noticed that the greater flows of workers and students left / leave the most populous municipalities of the region, demonstrating the high degree of articulation between these and the metropolitan nucleus. And lastly, most of the population is made up of young people, which means that they are part of the economic workforce. Finally, the work contributes to the understanding of one of the elements of metropolitan complexity, as well as providing subsidies for further work, and the formulation of public policies by the public municipal and state managers.
