    A HUMANIZAÇÃO DO PARTO EM MATERNIDADES PÚBLICAS DE GOIÂNIA: DIREITOS REPRODUTIVOS E RELAÇÕES DE PODER

    The "humanized" childbirth is a reflexive movement for what it longs to reorganize the service conduct to the childbirth in order to promote a bigger respect to the straight reproductive ones of the women and a reduction of the motherly and childlike morbimortality. The principal objective of this work is to examine the implementation and acceptance of persons involved in the Program for the Humanization of the prenatal and birth in public hospitals in Goiânia; has as theoretical basic preoccupation to talk in which measure this reorganization promotes a transformation in the established relations of power principally between doctors and usufructuary in the daily life of the institutions. For the realization of the work a combination of qualitative methodologies is used with the intention of are apprehended the specificities of the analyzed context resorting to the use so much of you interview how much of systematized observations of the daily relations of work and functioning of the institutions. The work is still complemented by a quantitative analysis of indicators of motherly morbid-mortality and some obstetric proceedings by the system of informations of the Datasus, besides informations lifted in the maternity hospitals themselves. The principal conclusions of this work point so much to a significant transformation in some aspects, like a bigger increase in value of extra-technical aspects for the professionals, it improves in the covering of prenatal service and some indicators of health neonatal, how much for the increase in value and persistence of a model interventionist between the professionals and women, in which the power of decision of this on the proceedings carried out still is very limited
